Official export requirements
For used cars covered by China’s export rules, the exporter must obtain the required product inspection report and supporting vehicle registration documents. Seller photos alone do not meet that requirement.

Is a third-party inspection mandatory?
Not for every enquiry. The buyer decides whether to commission a suitable inspection after reviewing cost, risk and available information.
